Skiing has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up chasing my parents and brother at Mt. Rose in Nevada, then transitioning to Palisades later on.

When I was younger, I became interested in the inspirational pillars within not only skiing, but other sports like climbing and mountain biking. Michelle Parker was a big one, especially because she skied at my home mountain. I would see her getting to ride up the lift early on pow days with a film crew… I Idolized her along with the other local pros after that.

I have worked hard, almost always at my own expense to build my portfolio and gain respect within the skiing community. This year I got to be a part of the Natural Selection Tour at Palisades, and finally had the chance to meet some of the people I idolized as a kid, an still look up to.
